I am an accomplished project and event manager with 20 years of successful track record in ensuring the smooth and on time planning and delivery of major international sport events. As Lead Planning and Integration for the recent FIFA World Cup in Qatar I set up the Planning and Integration Directorate in Qatar and the projects management tools and processes for the integrated operational planning of the Tournament. I am responsible for the areas of programme management, risk management, contingency planning, scheduling and milestones tracking, coordination, communication, command and control (C4), integrated planning, operational readiness and knowledge management.
