Stuart started working in sport 25 years ago, working with major sport and non-sport organisations on every continent, including the IOC, Olympics Games, Commonwealth and Asian Games as well as World Cups and World Championships in multiple sports. He is now Managing Director of IPSEM Squared, a boutique sports and events agency.
